Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation is easy. You can cancel your order same day of purchase or next day of purchase. You will need to call us at: +91 91680 46888 or drop us an e-mail at support@shrijimall.com for cancellation of your order. Once order is confirmed for cancellation with us we will initiate complete and full refund on same day and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days as per our Refunds Policy.

In case, if item is dispatched before cancellation, you will have to ship item/s back to us in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be shipped back to: Flat# 204, Royal Plaza, Gangabai Ghat Road, Opp. Priyadarshini School, Bagadganj, Nagpur, MH, 440008, India. Refund will be initiated based on our Refund Policy once item is received at our mentioned address.

Returns happen. Don’t worry we are here to help you.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will need to call us at +91 91680 46888 or drop us an e-mail at support@shrijimall.com within mentioned time frame of 3 days.

To be eligible for a return, item/s received must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only refund for/replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shrijimall.com and send your item to: Flat# 204, Royal Plaza, Gangabai Ghat Road, Opp. Priyadarshini School, Bagadganj, Nagpur, MH, 440008, India.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For order below Rs. 1000/-, we will refund the complete and full amount including shipping cost collected during order. However, for orders above Rs. 1000/-, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Hence, it is better if you are shipping an item you should consider using a traceable shipping service.

 

Refunds Policy: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

In case of late or missing refunds, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
